We are back!

I am finally getting to this, after being back from Disneyland for 4 days. I have been feeling a bit behind. My plan was to be back from the airport on Wednesday to our house by 5 0'clock, help Madisyn make her Valentines box, finish getting the stuff together for the party I was in charge of the next day in Madisyn's class, go to Young Womens and then onto Book Club. Unfortunately that didn't happen. The plane was a bit late taking off and then once we flew into Salt Lake the Great Storm of 2008 had already begun. 3 1/2 hours later, at 8:15, we were finally home. (We were lucky though, many people got stuck on smaller roads for most of the night) Fortunately we had a lap top with movies that we were able to pull out as the kids got restless during the 45 minute wait to get from Redwood Road to I-15 from I-215. Also I was glad we had done all of our Valentines before leaving for the trip. During this time, Ashlyn, who started feeling sick right before we left Wednesday morning, continued to get worse. At this time, Sunday, she is still sick, braving 103 and 104 degree temperatures. She has also now passed it onto Ryan. Needless to say, not much has been accomplished at my house for the past few days, which is why I am so slow to update.

Stacy and LaNae I apologize for not replying to your "tags" yet, but hope to soon.

I have to say though we had a wonderful time in California basking in 70-80 degree weather. It was so hard to come back home, especially to the storm that was waiting for us. I will be working on the scrapbook pages for the trip and share them as I get them done.
