The 4th of July was a busy day.
1. Daryl and the kids left bright and early in the morning and hiked Y mountain with some neighbors. They were hoping to watch the balloons take off, but because of inclement weather they never did.
2. After breakfast we headed to Seven Peaks with cousins
3. Onto the theater to watch Cars II with more cousins.
4. A delicious dinner at Five Guys and then off to cousins to watch fire works.
Very busy, but very fun 4th. We were completely exhausted by the end of the day.
Wednesday the 6th we headed to the park for a "Cousin Picnic". Grandma got permission to come home from her mission for a few weeks and wanted to be able to surprise all the grand kids at once. They were all excited and surprised. Dylan even gave grandma a nice big hug, after he got over his shyness.
The rest of the week we had a two cousins come and stay. Maddy and Ashlyn created menus and came up with activities. The girls spent hours videoing themselves and making up songs. They had a great time.
The rest of the weekend was filled with a baptism and 3 blessings.
