So the book I picked up is "The Agony and the Ecstasy" by Irving Stone, which is the book for May for the book club I go to. The sentence reads:
"He took off his shirt, exposing his chest to its germinal heat."
I had second thoughts about putting this in, because I knew everyone would wonder what kind of risque book I was reading. I was beginning to wonder myself, since I am still in chapter one. From what I can tell he is just in the mountains trying to figure things out when this line comes up. (Brooke am I right, this is a harmless book isn't it?) The book is a biography of Michelangelo. All the reviews I have read rave about it.

Oh, that is so hilarious! It couldn't be any better if you planned it out yourself. I am glad you expounded on that sentence because I was wondering what kind of book that was, too.
I am glad you finally posted since I keep checking.
Next post and I will do this too (guess what book?) ha.
Wow, it sounds like I need to find myself that book... and fast!
I read your sentence and thought "what is going on with Glazier?" It was good to know the context of the sentence because I was thinking, "not our sweet little Amy". I loved it. It made me laugh out loud! Hopefully we'll all get together soon.
